An engineer from UVA and a doctor from Eastern Virginia Medical School, Jon moved to Indianapolis to start work as a pediatrician. While working in a NICU, he developed the idea for the Butterfly BVM™ and is now using his skillsets to propel our mission forward.

A graduate of Purdue University in biomedical engineering, Adam gained extensive knowledge of medical device design through Johnson & Johnson and as a staff engineer at Purdue. He now heads quality management and product testing for Compact Medical.

In her 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, Natalie has held many influential financial positions in the medical industry. She has been involved in the M&A process of numerous companies, and we're honored to have Natalie on the team.
