A biomedical engineer from Purdue University, Adam launched his career gaining extensive knowledge of medical device design while working for Johnson & Johnson and as a staff engineer at Purdue. He now heads quality management and operations for Compact Medical.
Natalie Christenson
CFO
In her 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, Natalie has held many influential financial positions at both major and mid-sized medical device firms. She has been involved in the M&A process of numerous companies, and oversees the financial health and hygeine of Compact Medical.

With over 20 years of experience across EMS, trauma nursing, and medical devices. Jeanne has played an integral role in the the launch of globally-recognized EMS products like
