Early manufacturing of the butterflyBVM at the Hope Center has started! As manufacturing ramps up, the years-long R&D journey for the butterflyBVM is begining to wind down. The butterflyBVM’s development has been a collaborative effort between engineers, medical professionals, and researchers, all united by a common goal: improving respiratory care for critically-ill patients.
Recently, in partnership with the talented team at 316-Contract Manufacturing, Compact Medical was able to see the first 100 units roll off the production line. These units will entirely be used for design verification of the product as it is prepared for regulatory submission.
