Compact Medical Hires its First Director of Sales and Education

Compact Medical is thrilled to announce the hiring of Jeanne Harman as its first ever Director of Sales and Education. In this leadership role, Jeanne will spearhead efforts to expand the presence of the ButterflyBVM across U.S. markets and ensure that new users have access to exceptional, clinically-grounded training.

Jeanne brings more than two decades of cross-functional experience spanning emergency medicine, trauma nursing, and medical device sales. Before joining Compact Medical, she held leadership roles at institutions like Laerdal, ZOLL, AdvancedCPR Solutions, Vidacare, and others. Jeanne's career has always been about finding and championing the next big thing in EMS care. Her career has fueled the growth of well-known EMS technologies such as EZ-IO, ResQPOD, Elegard, and more. Jeanne's background reflects a blend of nursing, sales leadership, and product education — uniquely aligning with Compact Medical’s mission to revolutionize manual ventilation with the ButterflyBVM.

As Compact Medical continues to scale, Jeanne’s leadership will be central to growing ButterflyBVM adoption nationwide and building a best-in-class training ecosystem that empowers users to confidently master this groundbreaking device.
